Your Instructor
Jennifer “Jenn” Dimeck is Owner and Principal of Provident Consulting, formed in 2012 to serve the management needs of nonprofit organizations and churches. Jenn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s in Business Administration from Cumberland University. She graduated Summa Cum Laude in both programs, majoring in Business and Accounting.
Early in her professional career, Jenn spent 10 years working with nonprofits and with government agencies, developing Accounting policies and procedures, implementing and refining their Accounting systems, developing and executing strategic plans, and securing funding for ongoing operations.
Following that period in her career, Jenn joined a for-profit multimillion-dollar private company as Chief Financial Officer, leading the Finance and Accounting team for the next six years. During her tenure, Jenn developed and executed corporate growth plans, created proprietary software to capture and use key data, developed key performance measures, led cross-functional teams, and created dashboards and other visual measurement tools.
Jenn combines her education and experience to bring greater efficiency and effectiveness to Provident’s clients. Jenn believes that developing prudent policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and developing and training a dynamic board and staff will create sustainable organizations with strong foundations that drive successful missions, making our communities better.
